They both felt dissatisfied with the current situation in the HR market. The first one hated the fact that, after recruitment new employees were left to themselves. The second one couldn’t stand the long and complicated HR processes.
They both agreed that a platform combining regular HR processes with employee-friendly communication was missing. But rather than simply complaining about the lack of such a tool like most people do, they decided to do something about it! That’s how emplo was born (with a lot of laughter and tears in-between of course).
Today emplo is changing internal communication at many companies and making work a great place to be for thousands of employees.
