The customer pays a subscription only for the functionalities they want to use.

If needed, a company can purchase additional functionalities at a convenient time.

Yes, you can apply for a demo version.

During a meeting with a company interested in emplo, our advisor presents selected functionalities on the test platform. During the meeting, they can also provide the company access to the trial version of emplo to be activated at a convenient time.

Implementing emplo in a company consists of several stages, which you can read about here. A detailed schedule of work is always tailored individually with the customer.

You don’t need to involve the IT department to launch emplo. Our platform does not require installation or access to your company’s servers.

If you want to integrate a new communication platform with other tools used by employees, IT department support will be useful in determining technical requirements.

emplo is available in Polish and English language versions.

We guarantee the highest level of security. All data collected in emplo is stored with a trusted provider on a separate Microsoft Azure Storage account.

emplo allows easily fulfilling employers’ obligations arising from GDPR related, among others, to anonymizing data of former employees, providing full data upon employee’s request, or obtaining consent for image processing.

Each company can assign roles and permissions to employees according to its own organizational culture.

Access to specific functionalities and the ability to edit individual elements, therefore, depend on internal agreements.

emplo is an intuitive platform that is easy to use. You can access it from any device with internet access by logging in with a simple username and password.

The platform resembles popular social media portals in appearance. It has a clear layout and user-friendly navigation.

Before launching the platform, we provide selected employees with emplo training, making it even easier to use the platform.
