The knowledge base is designed to allow users to freely add various sources of information. The basic unit is articles, which provide full flexibility in transferring knowledge and instructions – not only within the database but throughout the entire platform.

Do you have ready materials that you want to add to your intranet? No problem! Use the drag&drop option to add any file or external website link.

Article - what does it offer in emplo?

Each article is a separate section that you can customize individually to meet your needs. From graphics to fonts to attachments. Add image galleries, necessary forms, documents, or instructions.

emplo allows attaching all popular formats: DOC, PDF, XLS, MP3, MOV, PPTX.

Knowledge Base is a module that is divided into 3 spheres: knowledge areas, my knowledge areas, and favorites. This facilitates the systematization of relevant sets.

Divided structure

This is the heart of the module. Here you will find all areas that you have access to, creating the knowledge base. Each area has its own structure: it divides articles into categories and subcategories. Everything is built using intuitive tiles – you can easily change their order and arrange them as you see fit.

The base is created by users: super admins and guardians. You can appoint any person who will have the ability to add and edit individual areas. An HR person can be responsible for general information, while for example, the sales department can be in charge of the supplier base. Decide, choose, and create for others!

Each employee needs different information for daily activities. This results from the scope of duties, experience, and knowledge. That’s why in the module, we have created a separate place for everyone. In “favorites”, you can save all necessary links – both to articles, categories, and external websites.
