The logic of creating company request is simplified now and its particular stages are enhanced by detailed descriptions.
We added an option of choosing the accepting person on further company request acceptance stages. Remembering differences in different request template versions has been secured.
We deleted leave of absence requests from the list of available company requests and added request category names display on the screen with the list of types of requests to submit.

Defining each stage of created company request’s circulation we decide:
- if a particular stage is a decision or only a confirmation of submitting a request
- who is a decision-maker at this stage?
- what will this stage look like (will you be able to choose only one decision-maker from the list or a request will go to all decision-makers).
ATTENTION: New users added to the list of those accepting the requests get access to previously submitted requests of this template. After submitting at least one request of a particular template, the choice of request circulation is being blocked (so that the content of submitted requests is not incidentally shown to unauthorized users).
We delivered a possibility to choose a user accepting on subsequent company request acceptance stages
Until now, the option to choose a person considering a request was possible only at the first stage of request submission. Currently, a person considering the request chooses a user that will get it at the next acceptance stage.
Users chosen for the next acceptance stage will get access to the request only when it is their turn to accept it. The request is not available for them on the previous acceptance stages.
Remembering differences in request template versions has been secured.
Up to now, if a given request template was changed, the already completed requests also underwent the modification (for example, deleting some fields resulted in deleting the data from previously submitted requests as well). Currently, emplo remembers data from submitted request, which means that after deleting a field from a template, in already completed requests the data will be still visible.
