Do you employ many new people? Have you created groups, knowledge bases, requests? Awesome! By remembering one small emplo option, you can decide that future users will be added to these elements automatically.

In those areas where the search engine has a second tab, you can use it to invite new users. emplo remembers this and makes use of it whenever a new person comes on board.

For example: You create a group which should include all people from the Sales Department. Use the second tab in the search engine. If the next month your company  hires a new person to the Sales Department, he or she will be automatically assigned to the group – you don’t have to do anything!
