On an employee’s business card we added an information about the emplo last log in date. We introduced new notification types and adjusted a few labels. We also managed to change the appearance of the list of attachments uploaded in groups and the counter of employees in company units. What is more, we guaranteed new options for sending event notifications and new possibilities of creating scale.
INFORMATION ABOUT USER’S LOG IN
On an employee’s business card you will be able to find information about the last log into emplo.
NEW NOTIFICATIONS
We introduced a notification for author about editing or deleting the entry (for instance, a post, an article or a comment) by a user with content moderation permission.
Now, there is also an e-mail notification about a leave of absence request withdrawal – a manager gets information when a subordinate wants to withdraw a leave of absence request.
After marking Notify about message option on the article creation screen, the notification goes to the article’s author as well.
VISIBILITY OF ATTACHMENTS ADDED IN GROUPS
We changed the appearance of the list of attachments added in groups, so that finding a particular file is easier.
EMPLOYEE COUNTER
The way of presenting information about the number of people directly and indirectly hired by a particular company unit has been improved.
ORGANIZING THE KNOWLEDGE BASE
We introduced an option of ordering articles displayed in knowledge areas according to individual needs.
REMINDING ABOUT AN EVENT
We provided you with an option of notifying about an event those, who have been invited and will attend it, but haven’t confirmed their participation yet. According to a chosen filter, the content of created by default message changes.
NEW SCALE TYPE
While creating a numeric-descriptive scale we can choose an option of hiding a numerical value. Marking this option makes numerical values invisible for respondents (they will see only descriptions), but at the same time counting of submitted answers’ average will be possible.
ADDING NEW POSITION TO THE POSITIONS LIST WHILE EDITING AN EMPLOYEE’S CARD
Editing/changing employment conditions in Career and Promotion tab, you can enter a position, which is not displayed on the list of available positions. After creating a new position and saving changes, the new position is added to company’s positions list.
ADJUSTING LABELS
We adjusted a leave of absence request label to its circulation.
The label of a person accepting in case of requests without acceptance – when a request does not have an accepting person (for example, in case of sick leave), you will be able to see The Person to Notify label.
