We included an option of adding tags that facilitates organizing groups. We also managed to simplify the logic of group affiliation by deleting the observation choice. The appearance of company request list has been innovated. Moreover, we changed the manner of organizing the requests. Additionally, from now on, users have an access to increased number of options while deleting an employee’s account from the system.
ADDING TAGS FOR GROUPS
We delivered a tag assigning functionality, which helps organizing groups. They can be added from adding/editing screen level.
Tags are visible on the group list and in groups preview. They can also be used to filter the group list. Default tab appearing after entering the group list screen is All. In order to limit searching – use the magnifying glass.
„OBSERVE THE GROUP” OPTION DELETED
The logic of group affiliation is easier now due to the fact that the observation option has been deleted. Users observing public groups became their members, while those observing private groups stopped being affiliated with them.
ORGANIZATION OF COMPANY REQUESTS IN ADMIN PANEL
We gave the company request list a new look. Also the way it is organized has changed, as we implemented possibility to filter requests by templates, categories, users submitting requests and their dates of submission.
GATHERING ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WHILE DELETING A USER’S ACCOUNT FROM THE SYSTEM
Now, while deleting an employee’s account from the system, you can find some new options to follow. emplo will ask you whose initiative was this and if it was Favorable or Unfavorable For Company. Additional functions appear on emplo discharged employees list, as well as, in a downloaded xls report.
Thanks to continuous gathering of these data, it will be feasible to summarize the reasons and consequences of discharges in particular period.
Furthermore, we changed an emotive icon associated with Discharge employee action.
