The media library is your on hand collection of files, to which you can have quick access wherever and whenever you log into emplo.
There are two types of media libraries – for image galleries and for attachments:
Image galleries in the media library are used only for storing graphics files:
The media library for attachments can be used to store all types of files, for instance, presentations, spreadsheets, or text documents:
How to add files from the media library?
To add a file from the media library, click on the miniature file icon in the Media library menu:
And then click on the Add button.
How to create a media library?
To create a media library, open the library window by clicking on the Choose from media library button. Go to the Add files tab and simply drag the files there:
You can also use the traditional method – selecting files from your computer:
For how long are files are stored in the media library?
Files are stored in the media library until you remove them.
Warning: if you remove a file, which you added previously to a gallery or as an attachment, they will be removed from the place where they were used.
How big is the media library?
The only constraint in emplo is the size of the attachment, around 50 MB.
