Creating a new knowledge area

If you have permission to edit the Knowledge Base, go to Knowledge Base tab and then to  Areas of knowledge menu. In the upper right corner, find  Add area of knowledge button:

After pressing the button, an area creation wizard will appear:

Enter the name and a brief description of the area. Then select the availability of area: for all (Public), or only for invited emplo users (Private):
