Basic user information in the employee profile is displayed for all emplo users. These include the user’s News Feed, Instant Feedback, External employment history, Absences, and Skills.

Access to additional tabs is only granted to selected individuals.

The first part of an Employee profile is  Summary – here you will find basic information (name, position, team, and company), contact details, list of skills, as well as their environment – manager, peers, and team members.

Above the user’s picture there is a bar, which indicates if this person is available at work (green color), or if they entered an absence into the system (red color).

Expanding user information

You will definitely find more information about yourself than you would in another user’s profile:

In Summary you will find your employment history as well as the unused number of vacation days and time off.

At the very bottom of the profile you will also find a summary of your tasks:

When going to your own employee profile, you will also see basic information. As a manager you gain additional access to other tabs (for example, employee evaluations).

Going into your own employee profile, you will find information about your News Feed, Instant Feedback, Performance appraisals, Absences, Career and promotion, External employment history, Skills, Education and trainings, Individual development plan and Personal data.
