A vacation request is first sent to your manager for approval. If the manager accepts the leave, the request is sent to the person with appropriate permissions for the purpose of settling the leave (usually to a Human Resources employee ). Until it has been settled by the HR department, you can withdraw your request. To do this, go to your requests and select Withdraw the leave request.
If a submitted request has already been settled, report it to the person responsible for Human Resources in your company.
