emplo adjusts the scope of information about other users depending on your relationship with them. If you are someone’s manager, you will see a little bit more, if a colleague – a little less. Individuals with special permissions (e.g. from the human resources department) have additional options.
But even at a very basic level of access to information about other users, you can find out quite a bit.
By going into an employee’s card (by searching for them in the employee search engine in the top bar, or by clicking on the link by someone’s name and surname), you will be able to see:
Basic information
- what someone looks like
- what is their position, which team are they a part of
- how to contact this person
- who is her manager, who they work with and who are their team members
Information that is even more interesting (if someone chooses to show it)
- what skills they possess
- how they describe themselves
- what “tags” they found appropriate to describe themselves
- what is their employment history
Information about their activities in emplo
In the Activity tab you can see all of a person’s activities in emplo – what they liked, what they added, and so on. In the upper right corner of employee profile, you will see the last time they have logged into emplo.
Information that is dependent on the modules used by the company
- planned absences
- planned or achieved goals
